ORIGINAL 60'S VILLA MEETS MODERN ARCHITECTURE
WITH RESPECT FOR THE 60s, THIS VILLA HAS BEEN BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED AND ENHANCED WITH EXQUISITE MODERN MATERIALS
The property, built in 1967 with the finest materials, was meticulously cared for by its sole owners for 50 years. However, the house needed significant renovation, and we chose to carry out a thorough renovation, maintaining as much respect for the original architecture as possible.
The goal of this renovation was to preserve the fantastic architecture that characterized 60s villas, as an alternative to the many modernizations that often lean towards contemporary-style houses.
The original cornice ceilings were reproduced, the herringbone parquet floor was renovated, and the beautiful continuous yellow brick wall was preserved. Additionally, new modern materials were introduced, such as large concrete floor tiles and a warehouse-style wall separating the living room and kitchen, providing a raw and modern contrast to the original cornice ceilings and the new wooden kitchen doors. A new railing and dining table were designed and produced, offering a reinterpretation of the original design elements found in the house.
