DELICATESSEN WITH TASTES AND SENSORY EXPERIENCES FROM LOCAL BEER AND SPECIAL FOOD PRODUCERS

J.P. Jacobsen Shopping Center in Thisted desired a specialty store that could bring together all the delicacies from the local area, along with flavorful wines and spirits. The concept is developed in an old grocer style with a modern touch, featuring tasting areas for wine and charcuterie. The store is conceptually divided into specialties, wine and spirits, and a tasting section. Each of the three environments is staged with special fixtures, lighting, and floor- and wall surfaces, each with its own distinct expression.

Risom Design has created the new concept, developed, produced and installed this new store.
